Having attended Rob's evening Weight in Mind I'm really pleased I did as it 'does what it says on the tin'. Where other diets fade after the initial enthusiasm wains this method just gets easier the longer it goes on. Because this isn't a diet it's a way of life just you come out with your brain to think differently about food.

The half the amount definitely worked today. Had a 6 inch subway and with every bite I said to myself half the amount. I literally only ate half of it. Instead of throwing it I gave it to a homeless guy who couldn't thank me enough because he was hungry and preferred the gift of food rather than money.
